In its 23rd edition, the Yucatán Housing Expo 2024 will have various options for those looking to build and buy properties in the state. It will take place from October 3 to 6 at the Siglo XXI Convention Center, in Mérida.
Real estate developers, financing institutions, agents, suppliers of related products and services, and government institutions will participate. Around 80 companies will be offering more than 3 thousand properties in different segments, located in Mérida and surrounding areas. The influx of around 8,500 people is expected.
The Expo will not only connect customers with companies but also seek to guide consumer decisions with timely advice.
“The National Chamber of the Housing Development and Promotion Industry (Canadevi), through the Housing Expo, seeks to promote access to housing and investment in the sector. Providing a space for exhibitors to present their projects and services to a wide audience. It intends to offer advice on legal aspects and trends in the real estate market. All this gives customers the certainty that they are purchasing from legally constituted companies that comply with government regulations and the highest quality in the country,” said Sergei López Cantón, president of Canadevi Yucatán. The president of Canada explained that in this edition there will be a Virtual Housing Expo, which will be available on the website from September 26. This modality seeks to attract more than 20 thousand interested parties who wish to purchase homes in the state and live abroad, so this Expo will have an international presence.
