Two men were arrested for fraud in the promise-of-sale of a property in Hunucmá

HUNUCMA, YUCATAN.- Felipe de Jesús M., 72 years old, and Ángel de Jesús M. C., 35, accused of the crime of specific fraud, were arrested on Thursday, September 12th, by agents of the Investigative Police (PEI) of the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) in coordination with the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).

Thus, the agents complied with the re-arrest order issued by a judge of execution of sentence in criminal matters against both individuals.

The now detained simulated the promise of purchase-sale of a property of their property in the municipality of Hunucmá, even though they had previously made a similar commitment with a person who paid them 185 thousand pesos as part of the deal.

Felipe de Jesús, originally from Xocchel, by trade employee, and Ángel de Jesús, originally from Hunucmá and by trade cook, were placed at the disposition of the judge who ordered their recapture.
