The 50-year-old man did not suffer serious injuries after the accident.
A man of about 50 years old was walking on an empty lot covered with weeds, in the center of Merida, and suddenly fell straight to the bottom of a well.
The well was about three meters deep, fortunately, the man managed to get someone to notice his situation, he was rescued and only got a tremendous scare.
The incident occurred in a property located on 65-A Street (where Juan Pablo II Avenue ends) at the junction with 90 A and 94 Streets.
After the accident, attention was immediately called to the emergency numbers, so paramedics and police from the SSP arrived, who rescued the man without any major problem, however, the man was transferred by ambulance to a medical center for a check-up to rule out any situation.
