In a ceremony headed by the governor of Yucatan, Joaquin Diaz Mena, the results of key projects for Ticul were delivered in the Pustunich district.
Diaz Mena stressed that these works combat the shortage of drinking water in the community, thus fulfilling a fundamental right of families.
In this community, the governor also stressed that education is the basis for all people, so he instructed his cabinet to work on the maintenance and improvement of school facilities.
In addition, he announced the installation of a transformer to guarantee the operation of the air conditioning units needed in schools.
Finally, Diaz Mena emphasized the importance of developing works that benefit the agricultural sector, to reduce inequality and provide more opportunities to families in the municipality of Ticul.
