Accused of the theft of cash and merchandise from beer sales and his probable responsibility in two other thefts from businesses of that line, Juan Alberto M. H., originally from Guatemala, a carpenter, was arrested.

In the most recent incident, on November 9, the subject would have entered the premises on 32nd Street at 77 and 79 in the Vicente Solís neighborhood through a hole in the wall.

The store manager stated that the theft amounted to over 23 thousand pesos in cash, beer cans, liquor bottles, cigarettes, and candy.

Agents from the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) assigned to the State Investigative Police (PEI) in coordination with the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) found tools and other evidence at the scene that incriminates the accused. Based on the evidence obtained and the modus operandi, the individual is likely responsible for the thefts from two other brewing agencies. The agents placed him before the judge who ordered his capture.
