A motorcyclist lost his life on Sunday, December 1st when he collided with a wild boar that came out of the undergrowth on the Umán-Tebec highway.
The accident occurred when the driver, who was heading towards Umán, could not avoid the animal due to the speed at which he was traveling, causing a skid that left him lying on the asphalt.
Paramedics from the SSP Yucatán went to the scene but confirmed that the victim no longer showed vital signs.
The State Attorney General’s Office and the Semefo were in charge of the corresponding proceedings and the removal of the body.
