After the crash, the officer was helped by a young man, who ended up being attacked by the drunk driver.

A spectacular accident occurred around 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 12th, on the streets of the Emiliano Zapata Sur neighborhood with Nuevo Renacimiento, when a police officer from the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP), allegedly intoxicated, was involved in a crash while driving a Chevy vehicle.

A video shows the moment of the accident, in which you can see how the Chevy is traveling at high speed from east to west on the main street and crashes head-on into a Dodge Edge pickup truck parked in front of a store.

The impact was so strong that the officer’s vehicle ended up overturned.

Faced with this situation, the son of the owner of the store quickly came to help the driver of the Chevy to get out of the vehicle. However, the situation became tense when the police officer assaulted the young man.

Minutes later, state police officers arrived at the scene and attempted to transport the driver of the Chevy. However, the neighbors in the area opposed their departure.

Although the police officer did not have serious injuries, an ambulance arrived at the scene, and finally, the man was removed from the scene without being guarded by the officers, which caused discomfort to the witnesses present.
