With the support of the Progreso City Council, the Jumping Master Class was held as a strategy to provide spaces to spread healthy habits among the citizens of the port.
On January 21, a special Jumping Master Class was held, organized by Código Violeta A.C., at the Poseidón court. Representing the mayor, the sports councilor, Jorge Romario García, attended the event.
Using mini trampolines as a therapeutic tool, women from the port of Progreso enjoyed physical and mental activity to improve their overall well-being.
This initiative seeks not only to improve the physical condition of women but also to strengthen emotional and mental support networks, in a community and solidarity environment.
The classes, which are held once a month before the Orange Days (25th of each month), are completely free and open to all interested women.
Councilor Romario García stressed the importance of these activities by highlighting that they not only promote physical care but also contribute to the creation of spaces of union and support among the women of Progreso.
Women interested in participating can contact Nrgy Fit instructor Alejandra Fernández at 999 495 9189, or the municipal director of Código Violeta A.C.
