A new complex of luxurious apartments would be built in Cholul, where buildings of the same type are already found.
In this case, it is the “Sei Park” complex, which, due to its amenities, is promoted as an area that promotes “wellness living.” The completion of the project depends on the Environmental Impact Authorization, which would be granted by the Secretariat of Sustainable Development.
The company “Temozón Condos, S.A. of C.V.” requested this procedure for the construction and operation of the multifamily complex, which would be located in cadastral plan number 29424 of Cholula.
The land is located on the west side of Cholul. It is the same area where Cobay Cholul is (a public highschool) and in an area where there are other projects that include apartment towers such as Ukana or Kenúa.
According to the official document, the project includes the construction of two vertical housing buildings. In total, the construction of 82 apartments distributed in towers of 4 and 6 levels is planned. Each one will have its respective rooftop, as well as four commercial premises. The total area of the development would reach 9,520.71 square meters.
The project plan details that 31.74% of the total area will correspond to private areas, which include residential use (10%), mixed-use (10.06%), and permeable parking spaces (11.68%).
On the other hand, 48.56% of the property will be allocated to common-use areas, including green areas (19.89%), pedestrian walkways (14.11%), services, additional parking, and amenities. On its site, it is described that there will be a central park, a picnic area, a reading area, a sensory garden, and an aqua landscape.
