The 2025 Queso de Bola Festival will take place in Mérida and will feature the relaunch of the legendary Sidra Pino.

After 14 years after closing in 2011 due to a labor conflict, Embotelladora de Refrescos Pino, S.A. de C.V. began to manufacture the traditional Sidra Pino with the original recipe and in its classic glass container and will be present at the 6th National Festival of Queso de Bola.

This traditional drink, whose company was founded in 1888 by José María Pino Rusconi, is part of Yucatecan history, as its popularity grew until it became one of the most beloved brands of the Yucatan Peninsula.

Its peculiar flavor and its roots in the local culture made it a symbol of identity for Yucatecans.
