Accused of the crime of aggravated robbery committed with violence on January 25th, Carlos Alberto L.R. was linked to the process and will be deprived of his freedom for the events that occurred in Caucel, after the evidence presented by the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).
According to the information contained in the criminal case number 61/2025, the person involved entered a pharmacy, where he threatened one of the workers with a knife.
The accused took the amount of 2,720 pesos without permission, which is why he was finally arrested, and the investigation file was opened against him.
Before concluding the hearing, the Judge reiterated that the precautionary measure against the accused would be preventive detention and granted two months for the completion of the complementary investigation.
