Three jaguars were captured on video on a cattle ranch in Yucatán, the person who recorded the shocking scene shared the video on their social networks.

This is a person identified as Jorge André Díaz on Facebook who spread the images on Tuesday, February 19, and they have generated almost 1,500 reactions and hundreds of comments about the unusual sighting of the herd of jaguars in Yucatán.

In the images, which last just 16 seconds, captured in a rural area, you can see in the distance, behind a mountain, a specimen that is ahead, walking slowly, and two slightly smaller felines follow behind.

“What you find on the ranch, is a beautiful family of Jaguars, a female with her two cubs.”

And the jaguars (Panthera onca), which in Mayan are known as balam, were considered sacred animals, whose beauty and majesty are undeniable with their elegant walk and their characteristic rosette-shaped spots.

The comments from the users of the platform were immediately in amazement, as occasional sightings of a jaguar have been reported, but there are three, which are also observed to be in very good health.

Although there are mixed reactions, while some called for the conservation of this endangered species, other people commented that their property had already had two sheep killed and that they had to be fought.
