The Motul Municipal Police arrested a woman on city streets with doses of the alleged drug known as crystal meth.
The incident occurred thanks to the swift action of the Motul Municipal Police, which led to the arrest of a person with suspected illicit substances.
Following a timely citizen report and the rapid intervention of the Municipal Police, around 10:00 p.m., a person was arrested in the Mario H. Cuevas neighborhood.
A report was received that a person had entered an abandoned property. Police officers immediately responded to the scene and found a woman causing a disturbance on the street after leaving the property.
Following security protocols, the woman was placed in a patrol car and taken to the public jail, where she was found in possession of four small bags containing the drug known as “Crystal Meth.”
The woman was arrested, and her legal status will be determined by the relevant authorities.
