A group of real estate companies in Yucatán has joined forces under a new civil association named “Vive Telchac” with the aim of promoting organized growth in the port area and the town of Telchac.
This initiative seeks to improve road infrastructure, create employment opportunities, and foster a sustainable ecosystem within the region.
The director of Grupo Colorines and the director of the A.C., Alejandro Granja Peniche, highlighted that three real estate developments are part of this strategic collaboration. He emphasized that the growth of Telchac must be carried out responsibly to ensure long-term benefits for both residents and investors.
Granja Peniche stated that with the support of real estate companies, the association’s main objectives include improving infrastructure, generating employment, and promoting sustainability in the region. He explained that each company represents a real estate project with more than 600 plots of land, fully serviced, and will work together to guarantee the quality of life offered beyond simply selling the area.
The expected benefits for the community include improved road infrastructure making Telchac easier to access, enhancing its tourist and commercial appeal. Job creation is also key to local development as the hiring of local labor is expected for various projects. Furthermore, “Vive Telchac” seeks to foster a sustainable ecosystem by promoting environmentally friendly practices in real estate developments and tourism activities.
