Experts from the State Attorney General’s Office discovered a body in a state of putrefaction inside a home in the Pescadores 2 subdivision of this city, was a homicide.
(PLAYA DEL CARMEN).- The stench that emanated from the house located in Cerrada Búho between Las Garzas and Laak avenues, made the next-door neighbors call 911.
Police officers arrived at the scene and confirmed the existence of a lifeless body, already in a state of decomposition. The complainants informed them that they had not seen the inhabitant of that house for several days, and could be the victim.
Although it was thought that it was a natural death, when the experts from the State Attorney General’s Office arrived, this was quickly questioned, when apparent instruments of torture were found in the house.
The body had signs of violence, confirming that it was a murder.
