The judge of control of Kanasín, Mariza Virginia Polanco Sabido, agreed to charge Jimmy Alejandro “N”, 42, who is accused of beating to death a sexagenarian ex-military man (nicknamed “El Gringo”), with the crime of aggravated homicide.
(SIPSE).- Polanco Sabido, first, ordered his arrest and, after being executed, heard the facts that he is accused of and proceeded to charge him for the death of Mr. José Elías “N”, “El Gringo”, 61 years old.
He then ordered him to be remanded in custody for the duration of the proceedings and ordered that the preliminary hearing be held on November 14.
The events took place on November 5, at approximately 9:50 p.m., in a property on Calle 8-E between 13 and 56 of the Polígono San Pedro neighborhood in Kanasín.
José Elías arrived at the place and began to drink alcoholic beverages with the local residents. They then began to argue and pushed the deceased to leave the property, which he did.
However, moments later, José Elías returned to the property to have some beers (Caguamas) he had bought, so he began to argue with Jimmy Alejandro, and the discussion escalated to a fistfight, the accused overpowering the victim due to his strength and age.
The aggression was so severe that he could not repel the attack and when he saw that the former soldier did not move, he left the place and fled.
