A woman accused of the crimes of aggravated rape and trafficking of minors was arrested by agents of the State Investigation Police (PEI) of the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) in coordination with the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).
The victim is a minor, the daughter of the detainee, who was 13 years old at the time of the incident.
The repeated sexual aggressions were carried out by a subject who has already been apprehended by the investigating agents and prosecutors of the SSP and the FGE and has been bound to trial.
The arrest warrant was executed against Sofia Nidia Nidia P. N. or Nidia Alejandra P. N., 34 years old, from Merida, Yucatan.
Based on the evidence and the investigations, the woman agreed with the aggressor to take the minor to a motel and to a private property, and was even present during the abuse.
The investigating agents and prosecutors placed the detainee at the disposal of the Control Judge who issued the arrest warrant.
