  • A law that transforms the Conacyt into the National Council of Humanities, Sciences, and Technologies (Conahcyt).

Lopez Obrador continues to make changes in order to transform Mexico into a Boliviariana nation (just like Venezuela), aligning the policies with the infamous “Pacto de Sao Paulo”. the Foro de São Paulo is a conference of left-wing political parties and other organizations from the Americas, primarily Latin America and the Caribbean. It was launched by the Workers’ Party (Partido dos Trabalhadores – PT) of Brazil in 1990 in the city of São Paulo.

For many Mexicans, all these measures are not of any benefit to the citizens, it is just the way Lopez Obrador wants to use the resources of the nation for his personal projects.
