Ticul, Yuc., May 1, 2023.- Gilberto Israel VP, (a) “Kisay” or “Topo”, who is a drug addict last Sunday night wanted to steal money to ‘feed’ his vice, but when he was discovered inside the house of her grandmother María Jesús, 92 years old, mercilessly ended the existence of the poor woman.
According to the first investigations by the authorities in charge, Kisay was under the influence of drugs, and entered the home of his ‘grandmother’ Mrs. “Chuchita”, located on 21st Street, between 28 and 30, just behind the municipal market, mercilessly deprived her of her life. The crime was discovered when the murderer was trying to transfer money.
Agents of the Ticul Municipal Police and staff of the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area to arrest El Topo, the alleged perpetrator of this crime that, if proven before the courts, would, unfortunately, be defined as #parricide and #femicide.
The man was then transferred to the public jail while personnel from the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) and the State Investigative Police (PEI) carry out the legal proceedings.
