This weekend, scattered rains will continue in different parts of the entity due to the establishment of a thermal trough, which will extend to the southwest of the Yucatan Peninsula.
Said system, in combination with the entry of tropical maritime air, will be generating showers with electrical activity over the south of Yucatán this Saturday, May 20, and Sunday, May 21, while scattered rains are expected in Mérida.
However, the heat will remain so in places where it rains there will be a high level of humidity.
As for temperatures, highs of 32 to 37 degrees are expected in Yucatan and the lows will be oscillating between 21 and 25 degrees.
The winds will blow from light to moderate from the east-southeast component between 20 and 40 km/h.
