Before the local media, Alberto Miranda, CEO of BOMA, presented The Village, a private community that will be located on an 11-hectare site just 15 minutes from the capital of Yucatán.

Construction has not yet begun and it is estimated that it will be delivered within five years, with financing of up to 72 months. Investment amounts were not disclosed by BOMA’s management.

The executive indicated that the construction will be carried out within the exclusive Country Lakes residential complex and will have 199 lots. In addition, it is expected to have the first bi-directional golf course.

“It is probably the most emblematic real estate project in the state of Yucatan today, located north of the city of Merida (…) It is a very low density development, very exclusive, iconic and will house the first 12-hole bidirectional course in the country, which means that eight different combinations of games can be played,” said Alberto Miranda.

It is worth mentioning that several experts in the sector foresee a greater increase in the development of projects in the state, especially in the residential segment, due to infrastructure works being carried out in the state, such as the Mayan Train. According to Miguel Sosa Correa, president of the Association of Architects of Yucatán, the market in the state is going through an excellent moment.

The Village Yucatan stands out for its luxuries.

The Village will also have access to other amenities such as a lake with a dock, parks, cenotes, viewpoints, sports courts, among others. The developer in charge of the complex emphasized that they have the legal certainty for the sale of properties and in the building process they took into account environmental issues such as ecological impact studies, use of sustainable instruments or materials.

“It is the first residential complex within a macro plan with real estate development authorizations, where each one of the lots already has its land use documentation, we also have the Environmental Impact Statement and all that is required by law”, indicated BOMA.

Finally, Alberto Miranda, mentioned to investors that they can trust them because they have everything in order and they will deliver exactly what they offer within “Country Lakes”.
