Cozumel´s Municipal President Juanita Alonzo and Governor Mara Lezama shared the line-up for the 150th anniversary of Carnival.
In commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the Cozumel Carnival, it has been announced that part of the recognized artists who will perform to liven up the feast will be Maluma, as well as Amigos Invisibles, Proyecto Uno, Grupo Cañaveral, Súper Lamas, among other artists.
It should be noted that Cozumel has the oldest and most traditional Carnival in all of Mexico, with activities that offer the most popular cultural expressions of the Island, becoming today a very important tourist attraction in the State of Quintana Roo. The Carnival will take place from February 7 to 14, 2024.
With this traditional and emblematic mega celebration, they hope for a reconstruction of the social fabric in a family atmosphere, in harmony and tranquility.
