Reported for sexual abuse and robbery, Carlos Germán G. B., alias “Caballo”, 33 years old and a tattoo artist, was arrested on Monday, May 6th, and placed at the disposal of the control judge who ordered his arrest.
Agents of the State Investigative Police (PEI) of the Ministry of Public Security (SSP) in coordination with the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE), located and detained the individual.
They gathered evidence that implicates him in the commission of lewd acts against a 15-year-old teenager, committed last day the 2nd of this month in the San Lorenzo Zacatal neighborhood.
He is also accused of stealing the victim’s cell phone.
