The Bell 429 helicopter of the state police transported a man from the Dzonot Carretero community in Tizimín to Mérida to admit him to the Agustín O’Horán Hospital after he suffered injuries in a fall.

The injured person is Florencio N.U., 52 years old, who, according to information obtained, suffered injuries when he fell from a tree. Another version indicates that he fell from the roof of a house under construction.

His relatives found the man lying on the floor and took him to the San Carlos de Tizimín hospital, where he was diagnosed with head trauma.

Due to the seriousness of the man’s injuries, the hospital requested the Ministry of Public Security to transfer him to the Agustín O’Horán Hospital with the support of the Bell 429 helicopter of the Yucatan State Police. The aircraft left Tizimín shortly after 3 in the afternoon. It landed at the archery range in the Inalámbrica Sports Park, where paramedics were already waiting for him, who would complete the transfer in an ambulance.
