A businessman and accountant from Yucatan was murdered this morning in Quintana Roo.
Quintana Roo authorities say that the work to identify and locate those responsible for the death of Eduardo H.M. is ongoing.
Eduardo H.M., 31 years old, originally from Merida, Yucatan, was shot to death in the Santa Fe subdivision of block 316 in Cancun.
The attack occurred outside the accounting office where he worked.
This morning he arrived at his workplace, parking in front of the building, but when he got out of the vehicle a subject dressed in black approached him and shot him nine times.
The attacker left the scene on foot, according to the report.
According to local media, the victim suffered six bullet wounds on the left side of his body and head, causing him to lose his life almost instantly.
Relatives of the deceased appeared at the scene where the corresponding proceedings were taking place and spoke with Attorney General Raciel López Salazar. who said that those responsible would be located and arrested.
