A motorcyclist died tragically after losing control of his two-wheeled vehicle and crashing into a Federal Electricity Commission post at the Yotholín community in the municipality of Ticul.
The unfortunate events occurred around 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 16th, The motorcyclist was riding on 25th Street between 26th and 28th, in the aforementioned locality, and for unknown reasons he lost control of the handlebars and crashed into a post.
Upon hearing the impact, dozens of people immediately approached the scene of the accident, but nothing could be done for the man.
The lifeless body of the motorcyclist was left under his vehicle, and shortly after, elements of the Municipal Police arrived to cordon off the area, and then personnel from the State Attorney General’s Office and the Semefo came to carry out the legal proceedings.
Relatives of the motorcyclist arrived at the scene and had the painful task of identifying the body.
